Try diffusing it before bedtime by adding 5 - 7 drops on your diffuser. Alternatively, you can blend it with a carrier oils and use it topically.
For stress relief apply topically behind the ears and/or 1 drop on the palm of your hand, do a cupping and do at least three deep breathing.
For cuts and wounds, blend with Tea Tree oil, Eucalyptus or Clove to enhance its antimicrobial properties and help disinfect the wound.
In the case of a headache, diffuse or inhale Lavender oil for about 15 minutes to alleviate the tensions and help relax.
