Neroli essential oil actually comes from the orange blossom! it's steam-distilled from the small, white, waxy flowers of the tree. It has a citrusy, uplifting, floral scent.
Commonly used to soothe agitated nerves and relieve feelings of stress, grief, and despair. Dilute with a carrier oil and apply in the palm of your hand, rub together, and cup over the nose and mouth for 30 seconds.
Because of its biologically active constituents, it has the ability to reduce inflammation, therefore, it is used to alleviate headaches, as a natural remedy for PMS cramps relief or natural antispasmodic. Just use 4–5 drops in a carrier oil and rub it over the lower abdomen to improve colon problems, diarrhoea, and nervous dyspepsia.
